The name F Topia derives from the Greek word εὖτοπία (eftopia -> ef=good + topia=place), meaning a good place of coexistence. The rich heritage of traditional Kefalonia architecture intertwines seamlessly with modern minimalism at F Topia Villas.
Drawing inspiration from the charming neighbourhoods of Kefalonia, our Angular and Long villa mirrors the clean lines of the cypresses while contrasting with the curves of the Old Threshing circle. Enhanced by a tranquil palette of earthy hues, from soft beiges to warm taupes, and accented by the natural allure of wood, it’s a canvas of relaxation and comfort.

The concept 

F Topia Villas was born out of the challenges faced during the 2020 quarantine period.

Despite these challenges, we found solace in the serene corners of the world’s bustling locales, where we could pause, reflect, and revel in the unhurried pace of life. It was our encounters with nature – letting time flow freely – that truly touched our souls, fostering healing, tranquility, and a sense of completeness, enabling us to reconnect deeply with our loved ones.

This appreciation for nature’s tranquility and imperfection forms the essence of our project. We’ve embraced this ethos wholeheartedly, ensuring that every aspect of our project reflects our deep connection with nature in its raw, unfiltered beauty.

Externally, our homes are designed with clean, linear lines and earthy colors, inspired by the subterranean hues of Kefalonia’s rugged terrain, blending seamlessly with the natural landscape. Constructed solely on ground level, we honor the majestic presence of the towering trees and seek harmony with the land.

Internally, we’ve curated spaces using natural materials like wood, ceramic (stone), and plaster, fostering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. By incorporating high-quality elements, we aim to evoke a sense of luxury and refinement while preserving a bohemian charm.

With a commitment to minimal environmental impact, we tread lightly upon the earth, allowing nature to flourish and infuse our surroundings with a serene and tranquil ambiance.
