Upon entering, you immediately sense the allure of an Ionian island house. Handmade plaster walls, complemented by a soaring 4-meter-high wooden ceiling, frame the space, while numerous sets of French-style windows invite in abundant light and a refreshing summer breeze, enhancing your stay.

The focal point of the main area is a fully equipped kitchen adorned in smoked cognac wood. Its minimalist design, characterized by slender vertical lines on the door panels, a distinctive window above the sink, and a sturdy upper wooden shelf, evokes a bygone era. A spacious cement rotunda table, paired with four original Danish design solid walnut wood dining chairs featuring paper cord seats, promises an exceptional dining experience.

Completing the living space is a comfortable sofa with a day bed, accompanied by a geometrically shaped coffee table in a subtle cassel color. Entertainment needs are met with a television set and Bluetooth-connected audio speakers. Designed lighting fixtures, available in conical shapes crafted from metal or wicker materials, add an aesthetic flourish.

A door seamlessly connects the kitchen to the backyard, providing easy access to outdoor relaxation and entertainment areas.

The bedrooms are strategically positioned in the right and left corners, offering both easy access and privacy. These light-filled, minimally designed en suite bedrooms boast dazzling sea views and direct access to the poolside patio. Each bedroom features a king-size double bed (which can be configured as twin beds if needed), open closets, and desks crafted from oiled walnut wood, providing practical storage solutions. The bathrooms are equipped with large showers boasting windows, while the sinks, pedestals, and shelves are specially crafted with stone-effect ceramics in a soothing greige color, following clean parallel lines.

The architectural layout of the house creates an intriguing angle at the north corner, seamlessly integrating with the curved stone wall of the threshing circle to embrace the poolside patio. This architectural feature provides much-needed shade during the afternoon hours. Guests can indulge in the rustic charm of the forged cement patio, reminiscent of a mosaic floor, while enjoying the expansive swimming pool (measuring 3m x 9m) complete with wide steps and a relaxing rest area overlooking the sea.

The dining area is thoughtfully situated close to the house for effortless serving from the indoor kitchen. Here, an iconic table featuring a streamlined metal frame and a surface of unsealed handmade tiles in a rich mocha color, sourced from clay along the River’s Ro in Italy, awaits guests. Accompanying the table are four modernist chairs with steel frames and seats crafted from recycled PET yarn plastic, offering both style and sustainability.

Nestled in the north corner, an urban steel lounge sofa, along with a generously sized cozy pouf seat and footrest, creates a playful outdoor living area. This flexible arrangement allows guests to easily move around the villa, adjusting for optimal shade or sun exposure as desired.
